Follow the on-screen prompts.
Alternatively, you may email it@taskbear.com.au to request permanent deletion.
What happens when you delete:
We permanently remove your personal information (name, email, location, preferences).
Irreversible: deletion can’t be undone.
What we may retain (for compliance):
Some transaction records (e.g., invoices, payment logs, tax data) may be securely retained for up to 90 days to meet legal and financial obligations.
Prefer a break instead of deleting?
You can deactivate your account for a specified period.
To request deactivation (and specify your timeframe), contact it@taskbear.com.au.
During deactivation, your profile is hidden, and you won’t receive new requests.
